Dr. Harvey K. Bucholtz is a board-certified endocrinologist with nearly 50 years of dedicated experience in managing diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolism. He is a valued member of the JFKMA practice, affiliated with Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center in Edison, NJ.

Dr. Bucholtz earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical University at Syracuse before completing his residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center and a fellowship in endocrinology at Duke University Medical Center. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force Medical Corps.

A Fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Endocrinology, Dr. Bucholtz has been consistently recognized for his clinical excellence, including being named a "Top Doctor" by Castle Connolly. He has held numerous leadership and academic roles, including serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School since 1976.

Dr. B is the best doctor I see. He is very thorough and he has reviewed all of my lab results before my visit, he takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns, he asks insightful questions and he explains things in an easy to understand manner.
