Staff were efficient and friendly.

I believe Dr. Dunn is one of the best endocrinologists in town not because I say so but because of my experience with past endocrinologists. I've had no problem with him since I've been to him for the last three years and I'm very glad to say that under his direction my diabetes has taken a toll for the better. In other words my health is improving my diabetes is dropping. and which the other endocrinologist didn't do. I will say that I'm extremely lucky and any diabetic patient who turns up for him would find the same reason to say so. Thank you.

The wait time prior to seeing the doctor was excessive. The staff doing the initial check-in was extremely slow and redundant completing the initial assessment. She was unprepared and reviewed information previously confirmed in the online check-in. This redundancy is unnecessary and a waste of my valuable time. Following that assessment, I waited an additional 25 minutes before seeing the physician. The entire office staff appeared detached from patient care and had no regard for my time. What amounted to a 15 minute appointment with the physician took in excess of an hour due to poor scheduling and redundant processes.
