She was wonderful - she explained everything clearly and helped us feel at ease about our daughter's hemangioma. She laid out all options but wasn't an alarmist, which we greatly appreciated.

Dr. Shin is really thorough and awesome.

It was overall positive experience. However, I would like doctor to be more familiar with my child's history given the appointment. Before coming for the appointment, I did complete a form indicating that my child had certain conditions. However, it did not seem that the doctor carefully reviewed that form and was familiar with those aspects. Otherwise, she was able to respond to all questions and provide necessary information.
