The new facility is very nice and clean and welcoming to kids. I would like more ease to actually schedule because I would like to have my other daughter as a new patient. She has to wait three to four months when I really needed the doctor just immediately. So the waiting time for a new appointment, I know it's too long. And I would like the doctor to spend a little bit more time with history and kind of like how to prevent outbreaks and things like that. It seems like it's still a time crunch for the doctor, and I'm in like a 10-minute slot. So anyway, so those are my pros and cons.

I think this survey is quite irritating. I think you should stop lumping physicians and non-physician providers as one. Dr. Helen Chin did a great job with my son and I would be happy to recommend her. Thank you so much. Your facilities are also beautiful. We enjoyed the fountain. Thank you.
