EXCELLENT DOCTOR - EXCELLENT STAFF

Dr. Landsman examined my ear carefully, very deeply, and I think he came to the root of the problem, but I don't think he knew how to solve it, so he referred me to a surgeon, but he did a very good examination, and he's a very good doctor.

Dr. Landsman and his staff were very good. Dr. Landsman listened carefully, was empathetic and caring and gave me the information and prescribed what I need for the issues that I had and then I'll have a follow-up visit in three weeks. Original problem resolved itself after 5 months. Dr Landsman was one of many specialists seen with none finding a definite cause.

Unfortunately, when I need Dr. Landsman, it is when I am sick and have a sinus infection. And unfortunately, talking to the front desk, there is no sense of urgency to get me in its next appointment, which is sometimes two to three weeks from when I'm suffering from a sinus infection, which then sends you to City MD, which then is a great possibility that you get the wrong medication, like I did this time, and had to go back a second time to City MD while still waiting for my Dr. Landsman appointment. So it's very, very frustrating as a patient, as a return patient, that I cannot get an appointment when I am sick and really need to see Dr. Landsman.

Hi, basically I think I got overcharged by the visit. I was supposed to pay 40, I paid 65, but I wanted to see the doctor so I wasn't going to argue over $25. I don't know, Hackensack Meridian has its crazy rules. In short, I will not recommend your office to anyone that has UnitedHealthcare Medicare Complete because it's a ripoff. Have a good day.

I got information online then the dr about my concern he was only in room 5 mins tops and charged 280 bucks what a ripoff

This is the first time I had to wait over an hour and not being told why. One of the employees just put out a sign saying he was running an hour late. I had just previously signed in and the girl never said anything about him being an hour behind.
