Dr. Turro is an unbelievable internal medicine professional. He is an excellent diagnostician and spends the right amount of time with me and my wife. It's always a pleasure to see him and hear the latest information on our issues.

Our primary physician is apparently a trainor/mentor and he is respectful to them, always and seems to help them learn proceedure.

Dr. Turo usually has a resident with him, which tends to stretch out the appointment and I am answering multiple, the same question multiple times. First to the nurse, then to the resident, and then when Dr. Turo questions the resident, I have to correct the resident's response because he did not remember it correctly. This time, Dr. Turo did not have a resident, and it was a most pleasant and efficient visit.

Dr James Turro is an exceptional physician. He always takes the time to explain things so I understand! We have referred him to all of our family and friends. We love Dr Turro. He is superb and heads above most physicians. Thank you!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Turro and his resident doctor at my yearly checkup. We discussed everything that occurred over the last year, and Dr. Turro answered all my questions. I was very happy that they were able to give me my flu shot. I can only say, thank goodness there are still wonderful doctors like Dr. Turro and his kind staff.

First doctor I ever had that actually calls to explain directions that may be misunderstood. He shows compassion for his patients. He treats you like he really cares, He takes the time to investigate and explain conditions and side effects. Makes you feel comfortable to discussing anything.

Dr J. Turro is a very special individual. He puts me at ease . He has a great way to explain things in layman's terms. Conversations are always face to face and eye to eye. Office staff always professional.

Dr. Turro is always very prompt. I've never waited sitting in the waiting room at all. He explains everything in detail and if you have any questions, he's there to answer them.

Dr. Turro and the Student, that shadowed him that day, were extremely through! They asked all the right questions and supplied me with answers to my questions. I was never rushed to get out, they listened to everything I said and documented it. I have never had such a through physical in my entire life. They both were professional and amazing! So nice to find a Dr. that truly cares about his patients. So very rare in today's world. Blessed to have found him!

Dr. Turro is a very thorough, caring and compassionate doctor, making sure he goes over ileverything you are there for in detail. While is staff is is very good, the office does seem to be understaffed and could use to have some additional personnel especially since the office space and number of patient rooms have more than double in size due to recent expansion of their space.

Dr. Turro is so kind and knowledgeable. He is emphatic, gentle and is willing to answer all questions and address all concerns. I am grateful for all his wonderful, kind attributes. Thank you Dr. Turro!!

Your phone system is abysmal. Call centers?? I just want my doctors office not someone overseas that asks many questions and then puts me on hold. And on hold for several minutes or more. And then to be told no one in the office can take the call!!!!! Horrible.

Each time I visit Dr. Turro reminds me of how grateful I am that he is my doctor! He always listens and truly understands my concerns. I am continually amazed at his wealth of knowledge and the evidence he provides as a means to reassure me. I feel so secure in knowing that he is my doctor!

I do not appreciate the new system for getting an appointment. The previous system was much better especially when it is necessary to see Dr. Turro in a timely manner to discuss a new medical condition. Please go back to the former method of requesting an appointment.

Dr. Turro is very encouraging and positive!

The girl at the front desk has an attitude and is quite rude. Walked in for our first visit and she instantly looked down and seemed bothered that we walked in the door. It was NOT a good first impression, or welcoming by any means. However the wonderful medical assistant, resident, and doctor made it worth it. Excellent care. They all seemed to really care about the patients, were very warm, caring, and compassionate.

Dr. Turro and the rest of the doctors and the nurses that I see there are wonderful. I always feel very well cared for, very respected, and they also are interested in me as a person, which I appreciate. One thing I think they need to improve is their front desk staff. When I arrived for my last appointment, there was a conversation going on, not between the clerk, but someone else in the reception area who was not dressed as a nurse, and what was maybe a patient, I don't know, at the area where I'm supposed to check in, and nobody said, we'll be right with you, and I stood there waiting for five minutes, and they did not stop having whatever, and it was absolutely a social conversation, and then I just sat down in the waiting room, and then the clerk saw that I had sat down,

I communicated some long standing issues I had since a kid into adulthood that I usually kept to myself. I told them to dr turro and he has started testing accordingly.

I took way too long to get an appointment with the Doctor. What happen to the good old days where you called because your sick and get immediate care not waiting forever for a sick call or being told to go to an Urgent care center instead of of waiting for weeks

I can't say I enjoy the red tape of calling that office, having to talk to a service instead of the office personnel. I miss having the lab there and being a teaching office it can be tiring having to repeat myself to so many different people all the time. I miss having 1 doctor to talk to rather than all the interns all the time.

I'm not comfortable with the student that interviews you at first, because he goes over things and then some things he says, wait for the doctor, ask the doctor that. By the time the doctor comes in, he'll start going over what the student already went over, and then many times I forget what I was gonna ask him, or the session is over, and I miss out on a couple of times. I know he signed up for that, but it bothers me. Thank you.

contact via the Central HM operation is often cumbersome and difficult contact from HM is most often frustrating because the incoming call does not identify HM and uses locations that are unfamiliar; consequently, the call is not answered.
