Only other issue was, upon leaving my exam, and proceeding to the front desk to make my follow up appointment, I always went to the desk inside off the waiting room. Staff members seemed oblivious to my presence (two employees continued their conversation in their native language). Thought this was somewhat rude and impersonal. No one said ‚Äúcan I help you‚Äù. They had to know I was there . Finally went out to the front desk; apparently this is the new protocol.
