I feel that after I had a stent put in and it had to stay in for more than a week, I had problems and I've been sick since then.

Dr. Patel is always very attentive to my questions and when appropriate he has great suggestions for my health and to keep up with medications and any kind of activities that I can perform. He's very good counseling.

My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. Called office to have them send to correct pharmacy.

I truly appreciate Dr. Patel's patience and respect whenever I have questions or concerns. He always takes the time to talk things through with me, especially when I'm feeling anxious or worried, and never makes me feel like any question is unimportant. His kindness, along with the respect and warmth shown by his staff, always puts me at ease when I'm there.

I was happy with the provider. He answered all my questions. The waiting time in the room was long like 15-20 mins before the Dr. came to see me. He was very positive and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to my friends & family Thanks.

Dr. Patel was very professional and asked me many questions since this was my initial visit with him. The nurse who was in the office with me prior to Dr. Patel was very thorough. I discussed my family history of heart disease , and my present plan and what we are going to do for a follow-up visit. Dr. Patel provided myself with recommendations to continue with until our next visit and then he will discuss the next plan of action.

Usually they take me close to my appointment time. They are temporarily short an office and they explained that they are tightly booked. That was understandable and acceptable,.

His offices are always clean and his staff are always helpful and courteous.

The staff at the office have not been cooperative at all. I am going to get a procedure soon, but no one is calling me or answering back when I call them. And the office does not have any information about my procedure, and anything can happen to me at this point. They really need to improve everything in the office, the main office, and with the staff, and get everything up to date. I will definitely not recommend this doctor or any other doctors in this group to any of my family.
