I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. [last name], Jeff Pritsky, and the entire staff. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. [last name] was compassionate, listened carefully to my concerns, and truly understood how much pain I was in. Instead of making me wait, Dr. [last name] expedited my surgery so I could go on a long-time planned family cruise. That level of care, kindness and concern meant more to me than words can express. My partial knee replacement has been, and still is, a journey, and throughout the entire process I have never felt alone. Every question or concern I have had during my recovery was answered promptly. I have never been left waiting for days for a phone call or wondering what to do next. Knowing that someone was always available to help gave me tremendous peace of mind. What impressed me just as much as Dr. [last name], Jeff Pritsky, and the surgical coordinator, Christy, was the exceptional office staff. Every single person I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. They treat you as a person, not just another patient. I feel compelled to mention one helpful detail. After my surgery, Dr. [last name] allowed me four home physical therapy sessions. I can’t tell you how much this helped me. Nina [last name], from Professional Therapy, started my recovery with professionalism, skill, and compassion. After her four sessions, I was ready to leave my house for out-patient PT. Although my journey is not completely over, I am incredibly grateful to Dr. [last name], Jeff Pritsky and every member of the office staff for their dedication, professionalism, patience, and kindness. I am completely confident that they will continue to be by my side when I need them. I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone who is looking for the highest quality orthopedic care. Jeff did a fine job in evaluating me. He answered all my questions but did not volunteer any additional information. I had to ask for it. For example, in his opinion, when will I need replacement or what else can I do to alleviate pain, etc. Perhaps he cannot say some of these things.

My daughter refers to the Hackensack Medical Group, Orthopedic Group, as a very well-oiled machine, and I totally agree with her. The service provided by Jeff that day for our follow-up exam visit was absolutely outstanding. He was pleasant. He was professional. I didn't feel at all rushed. He took all my questions. He addressed my daughter as well as myself. and I just enjoyed the post-op visit very much and I'm very grateful for the help that he provided me.

The doctors and other care providers make me feel seen, heard and important. I feel like they really care about me. I'm not a just a number , I'm a real person and they know me. Thank God I'm in "good hands".

Excellent, efficient office and staff. I see absolutely no improvement that could be done. If you call, they get back to you. You don't have to wait a day. They get back to you before the 24 hours. It's fantastic.
I was made to feel that he was rushed, that I was not comfortable in asking all the things I wanted to ask, that I was being dismissed, that since I wasn't surgical immediately be gone. It was not a good visit for me.
