My partial knee replacement has been, and still is, a journey, and throughout the entire process I have never felt alone. Every question or concern I have had during my recovery was answered promptly. I have never been left waiting for days for a phone call or wondering what to do next. Knowing that someone was always available to help gave me tremendous peace of mind. What impressed me just as much as Dr. [last name], Jeff Pritsky, and the surgical coordinator, Christy, was the exceptional office staff. Every single person I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. In today's world, it is rare to find a medical practice that combines exceptional surgical skill with such outstanding communication, organization, and compassion. This office excels in every area. They treat you as a person, not just another patient. I feel compelled to mention one helpful detail. After my surgery, Dr. [last name] allowed me four home physical therapy sessions. I can’t tell you how much this helped me. Nina [last name], from Professional Therapy, started my recovery with professionalism, skill, and compassion. After her four sessions, I was ready to leave my house for out-patient PT. Although my journey is not completely over, I am incredibly grateful to Dr. [last name], Jeff Pritsky and every member of the office staff for their dedication, professionalism, patience, and kindness. I am completely confident that they will continue to be by my side when I need them. I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone who is looking for the highest quality orthopedic care.
