My daughter refers to the Hackensack Medical Group, Orthopedic Group, as a very well-oiled machine, and I totally agree with her. The service provided by Jeff that day for our follow-up exam visit was absolutely outstanding. He was pleasant. He was professional. I didn't feel at all rushed. He took all my questions. He addressed my daughter as well as myself. and I just enjoyed the post-op visit very much and I'm very grateful for the help that he provided me.

The doctors and other care providers make me feel seen, heard and important. I feel like they really care about me. I'm not a just a number , I'm a real person and they know me. Thank God I'm in "good hands".

Excellent, efficient office and staff. I see absolutely no improvement that could be done. If you call, they get back to you. You don't have to wait a day. They get back to you before the 24 hours. It's fantastic.

I was made to feel that he was rushed, that I was not comfortable in asking all the things I wanted to ask, that I was being dismissed, that since I wasn't surgical immediately be gone. It was not a good visit for me.
