I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Jennifer Cheng. From the moment I began seeing her, she has consistently shown genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to my well-being. She doesn’t just treat symptoms—she truly listens, takes the time to understand my concerns, and makes me feel like I’m an active partner in my care. What stands out most is how much she genuinely looks out for me. She is thorough, attentive, and always ensures that I fully understand my condition and treatment options. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always makes sure my questions are answered with patience and clarity. Dr. Cheng has made a significant impact on both my health and my confidence in managing it.
