Listened, answered questions, explained in a way I understood, accessed info online during appointment (eg, vitamins I was taking) to assist with her recommendations, thorough in explaining next steps and how/when she will contact me, clear about next appointments.

Dr. Zaitz is an outstanding endocrinologist. With every visit I continue to receive a comprehensive discussion of my health. That is to say, a thorough review of my vitals, bloodwork, kidney function, etc. Dr. Zaitz not only provides information based on bloodwork, she also focuses on what can be implemented as preventative measure such as diet, proper foods and the order in how they should be consumed to improve overall health outcomes. Dr. Zaitz never makes you feel rushed and she is an excellent listener. As I have stated in the past, Dr. Zaitz is the best of the best. After my visit, I come away learning something valuable and new. I highly recommend Dr. Zaitz - she is that good.

Dr. Jennifer Zaitz is one of the best endocrinologists I've ever been with. I had diabetes for over 20 years. I've been with her for 10 plus years. She is very knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable on all the complicated questions I have to ask. And she explains everything to me very easy and simple for me to understand. Diabetes is a horrible disease to have. And Dr. Jennifer Zaitz makes it very pleasurable to go there to explain to me, getting my medication. I'm very happy with Jennifer Zaitz and her whole crew of people that help her. Yes, the insulin I was suggested I get is too expensive for me, and I think a lot of the insulins that are on the list are very expensive. So I have to use an older list insulin. So it may not be the best I can afford.

She was magnificent. She knew everything. She reviewed everything. I would highly recommend her to anybody. She went through my records. She was just wonderful, absolutely wonderful. And I'm so happy that she's taking care of my health.

Every quarter that I see this provider, I get a printout of many pages, one of which includes a health maintenance summary. Despite me having mailed her for years now, all the tests and vaccines and things of that nature that I have had done on the health maintenance summary, they were never changed. In addition, when I spoke to her, not this quarter, but last quarter, in depth about it, she stated that she is not able to change it, that her office is not able to change it. I would have to have a primary doctor within the Meridian Health

The only complaint I have is the nurse who pre-checked me wasn't as friendly as I expected.

Dr Zaitz is my guardian angel, my savior and a credit to her profession and to Hackensack Meridian Health complex. Her dedication to my continued good health and practices is amazing.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Zaitz and everything went well.

This was the first time I met Dr Zaitz. I thought she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions for eating properly. I thought she spent ample amount of time with me. I liked her alot.

My visit was on time... the support staff were friendly and completed the pre visit routine of vitals etc thoroughly and respectfully...

Clean Office, smiling staff and doctors were professional and didn't rush you to get to the next patient it was a fantastic experience.

Doctor Zaitz is an outstanding physician. She takes care to listen to the patient question and concerns, and provides a written summary of the vist that a patient can refer to , as needed.

She's amazing. Takes real good care of me. And the rest of the people in the office are unbelievable also. Nice. They talk to you. They don't rush you. They don't get mad at you. Really good crew she has there.

Dr. Zaitz is an outstanding doctor. Her specialty is endocrinology. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She is knowledgeable about my medical history and always connects the dots with respect to medication and my overall health. I visit Dr. Zaitz twice a year and every time I leave the office, I feel that it was clearly time well spent. She is easy to talk to and is a good listener. Her recommendations for day-to-day wellness have been "spot on." She truly cares about her patients. Since being under care, my numbers have improved dramatically and I have been hitting my targets. I highly recommend Dr. Zaitz. She is one of the best!

Dr ZAITZ was very helpfull regarding my health issues.
