Yes, take down the waiting time. The waiting time was quite long between being in the sitting room and being in the medical room. Thank you.

Excellent Doctor, I was made me aware of other issues to be addressed before surgery. V

I had a 1.30 appointment. I arrived there at 1.15. I waited 40 minutes for her to come in. And 10 minutes before she didn't come in, the girl said she's running late. She'll be in a while. So she came in at 10 after two. I asked her some questions about another problem. She really couldn't answer them. Well, she wouldn't answer them. And I want to know why did she have to have a mask on? I had my temperature taken. I did not have a temperature. and it was very hard to understand her with the mask on. So she said, well, the nurse will be in to take some information about something. I had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for the nurse to come in or the coordinator. I was about to walk out the door. I mean, it was ridiculous. I got there a quarter after one. I didn't leave there till almost a quarter to three. And I don't know, and again, I purposely, they tell you to get there early.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful

Dr. Treto was really friendly. She was really helpful. She was very clear with answering all of my health questions. She was clear with going through the procedure that I might need to have in patient-friendly language. She matched energy. She was kind. I would recommend her to friends and family, and I'm definitely going to see her again if my health concerns continue to be an issue.
