Dr. Boak is an excellent and caring physician. He puts the patients first all the time and gives each patient ample time and opportunity to go over their medical health. He is very aware of all my ongoing conditions and issues, and he always acts in my best interest. He is a fantastic doctor. More doctors should model themselves after his practice.

I talk he listens he discusses. Nothing gets done repeatedly over multiple visits to discuss multiple same issues. No test are done. No test ordered no resolution to physical issues.

Wait time to see doctor after scheduled appointment time was almost 1.5 hours. Improve the scheduling algorithm (and make a little less profit). I am sure the doctor will make good use of slack time, should there be any.

Everything was smooth with the visit except for the lab appointment immediately after. It seemed they didn't actually enter me in the system or something so I was waiting for a long time before one of the front office folks noticed I had been there a while and that something was wrong. She then had the lab folks take me right away.

I love my doctor and his staff. They are very interested in what you have to say. They do not make you feel like you are just being shuffled through. They are friendly and personable. I always look forward to a visit there.

Dr. Boak is a fantastic physician. I've been his patient for many years and have been well cared for. Since the merger with Hackensack Meridian, the office staff is lacking. Communication is a constant struggle. Getting appointments, prescriptions and referrals are often a challenge. Most recently, I was instructed to make a 6 month follow up appointment. When I spoke with the front office, I was advised that Dr. Boak's schedule was full and she needed to speak to a supervisor. I was told I would receive a follow up call by the end of the day. It's now 3 days later and I've yet to receive a call. The constant challenges with the office staff is forcing me to consider another healthcare provider.

Was suppose to make a appointment in six months for my yearly check up. Could get one for six months got one for 8 months.

I need a 6 month follow up for my annual visit and have to wait 8 months for an appointment.

It was difficult to get a follow-up appointment because this doctor is so fully booked. A see-you-in 6-month visit will take 9 months.

Dr. Boak is by far the best doctor I have ever come in contact with. You're very lucky to have him in your practice.

Dr Boak's great! There was an issue with blood work and he took it upon himself to look into the problem trying to get to the bottom of it. The same thing happened last year and I was the one that had to get things resolved. It's nice to know he's on my side!

Dr Boak is an outstanding doctor. However, since he was the ONLY doctor on-site on Saturday morning, with an office packed full of sick patients, he was extremely overloaded. Also, nobody answered the phone in the office. My phone call just went to a voice mail that said the office was closed, so I could not make an appointment. I decided to drive to the office anyway and see if they were open. This excellent medical office has gone downhill since Hackensack Meridian took over. Instead of spending huge amounts of money funding arts centers, Hackensack Meridian should be hiring at least one more doctor to work on Saturday, plus someone to answer the phone.

Grateful for the doctor's flexibility to fitting me into his schedule.
