Dr. Filardo and her staff were extremely efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Filardo has a waiting list to make appointments. I am unable to even make an appointment until the window opens. Also, I fill out all my personal info online when I do my check in before my appointment. When I get to the office, I have to repeat the check in process on paper. I do not like this.

I have been seeing Dr Filardo for over 35 years. I truly trust her and enjoy my visits with her.

Dr. FILARDO is an excellent physician. I am grateful to have her as my GYN doctor.

Helpful office staff

I had the best experience. I had an emergency and I was able to get in a lot quicker than if I had, you know, if I, than I could with another doctor. The people in the office were fantastic and knew I had a problem and they got me in right away. She was kind. She was knowledgeable. She gave me so much information and I thank God that I went to her.

Doctor FILARDO is a very nice and caring doctor and so is her office workers. I would highly recommend her and her team.

My favorite dr for or at least 20 years

My time spent with Dr. Filardo was great. The office and support staff were not pleasant. The were distant and curt. AI robots are more personal they them. They need some customer service training.

Dr. Filardo has a great bedside manner. She is very kind and compassionate when she treats her patients.

I always like to see Dr. Filardo. I am in the examination room in 5 minutes, all the staff is efficient and kind, and Dr. Filardo knows what work has to be done in any particular year I go.

Very disappointed with rep who assisted me when I arrived. She never greeted me, she said "I can take you over here at this counter". Then I walked around, and I said hello, and she never replied back or greeted me courteously. We senior citizens have earned and deserve common respect and courtesy.

I have been a patient of Dr Filardo for over ten years, and I wish all my doctors were as good. She is very relatable, friendly, listens, advises, is compassionate, thorough, and responsive. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Filardo is everything you want in a doctor. She is efficient, communicative, gentle and kind and always on top of things.

I had a really great experience coming to the practice. The only thing is I wish the nurse taking my blood would have not wiggled the needle inside of my arm. I've never had that experience before, never had an issue giving blood, and that just made that part of my experience a little unhappy. Other than that, it was great. Thank you.
