I was greeted almost before my appointment time, taken back, treated with respect and quickly, when was placed in the room and the doctor was there as soon as I was dressed and seated. He was very attentive. I've known Dr. Keelan and been his patient for almost 30 years and he is awesome. I'm extremely pleased with him and the way I was treated in the office.

I would like to suggest an improvement on the amount of time it takes for someone to answer the phone. I called on a Monday. I understand that's a very busy time, but I waited 37 minutes for somebody to pick up. That's 37.37. I thought that was a little excessive. Other than that, I had a great experience. Thank you.

Dr. Michael Killen is an amazing doctor. He's so understanding. He's very patient. He explains things. He goes over the medical history, and he asks a lot of questions to make sure that you feel comfortable, that you got all the answers to your questions. So he's an amazing doctor. I strongly recommend him.

This was my first appointment in this practice as well as for this purpose. The staff definitely made me feel comfortable in an already ordinarily uncomfortable circumstance.
