I would like to tell about the front desk folks. I found out when I asked about like the very long wait time, I found out they were not respective and instead they were telling that I am little late. I told them that before coming, I already called them and told that I am going to be late, little late, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. Is that okay to come or residue? So they said, no, no, no, please come, come. And after coming, they were behaving like that I am not there. I have waited for 45, 50 minutes for this provider to attend me. Thank you so much.

I have known Dr Zimmerman since 2011 when he operated on my right shoulder. This time it was my left shoulder that was bothering me a lot. So he performed surgery on my left shoulder, although the entire procedure was very, very different from the one performed 14 years ago.
