He was very through and pleasant.

Dr. Stroh was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition. He really helped me out and I left feeling very good and positive about my appointment. And the only negative thing I would say is that we had to wait a while to get in, but he said he had he was backed up with appointments, emergency appointments. But the doctor is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anybody. Okay, bye. Thank you.

For the second time in the Edison office I waited over an hour to be seen

I made a mistake on my appointment date and thought that it was on a specific day. I arrived at the office and even though I made a mistake and my appointment was not for another few weeks, they still made time in the schedule that day to see me. And that was so amazing and kind of them. And everybody was very respectful, very kind. And I definitely want to come back and I will definitely recommend them to anybody else who needs a doctor. Thank you guys again so much.

Everything is fine

I check in on line but when I arrive at the office, I had to filled out the same information on paper. Why should we check in on line if we have to repeat ourselves in the office..

This was my first time with this provider so as we move forward with my treatment I will be better able to make an informed assessment

Wait time was too long

It was an initial visit and it went SO smoothly! I checked in online and everything was available correctly. I was seen in a timely manner, had x-rays done before I saw Dr. Stroh, and then Dr. Stroh took my history, examined me, explained my x-ray results, and discussed treatment options for now and the future. He also did injections into both of my knees. All this on my very first visit, and I was done in just over an hour. A real pleasure!

I was not happy waiting 45 minutes from my appointment time, not being able to ask more questions and most of all the doctor not discussing with me a medication that he prescribed to me without speaking to me about it, I only knew about it because, I looked at my chart when I got home. I would definitely like to discuss medication being prescribed benefits and side effects.

First visit since I've been coming here I had a 9:45 appt and didn't get to see Dr Stroh till 11:15. It would not have been concerning but I had another important appointment scheduled and was almost late. That will not stop me from seeing Dr. Stroh. He is an excellent Doctor.

I never had a bad experience with this provider, he's always there, and he understands. Everything about my issue that i'm having with my knee.

From past experience I always had to wait a long time even with an appointment. The doctors are great but its always a long wait from appointment time. This time I was waiting about 1 1/2 hours

He has great patient matters and makes you feel comfortable. This was my 1st visit with him and I felt like I knew him for a long time. I am very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Stroh is an informative, professional, extremely capable and compassionate doctor. He handled my fears and concerns with dignity. He also did not hesitate to allow me to speak honestly. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Stroh office is so overbooked and poorly run. Every time I have come for a follow up I am waiting well over an hour. Zero regard for patient time. The doctor is in a rush to just leave without even answering my questions or genuinely making me feel like I have the information I need. He just does the Lochman test, measure an angle on my leg and then he's already out the door when I'm trying to ask a question

Yeah, the problem is it takes too long to get an appointment, many weeks out to wait for an appointment. And then when you get there, I wait literally 50 to 60 minutes in the office, in the waiting room, not in the waiting room, in the exam room. So that's my only problem, otherwise I'd love the doctor, you know, like the group, but that's the only downside. Thank you.

I waited in the exam almost one hour after my appointment time for the doctor to come to the exam room

So wait was really long. We waited for more than half an hour, but up until maybe five minutes before the doctor was about to come, that's when they told us that, oh, they're running behind schedule. So it would be nice if, you know, maybe five, ten minutes after they're late, they could let us know that the doctor's running late. So we don't think we're just in a wrong room or we're, like, on, like, not even in the waiting room or whatnot because it was a virtual meeting. Just to kind of give us a heads up, that's all. That's pretty much it. Thank you.

The doctor was very helpful. He was very professional. I did not have to wait a long time. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and this is why he is highly recommended. Okay, the reception lady was very rude. Was very rude with us. I don't know why. We just asked the question. She not answer us and she said, you are rude. I don't know why. And this is second time with her. First time she said you use the wrong doctor. And you have to appointment another appointment. Second time. She said you are rude. I don't know why. She's very impolite. Thank you.

I think Dr. Stroh is very nice. I just felt like I was at the same appointment I was at with my husband a year ago. He pretty much said the same thing. I feel like it's a different injury, but I felt like it was the same result no matter what I would have said. So that was a little disconcerting, but I am following his instructions.

I was recommended to this doctor by my doctor and I was very, very well satisfied and pleased because it was a new experience with me, with this doctor, and I was a little skeptical, a little nervous, which for my age I guess is quite, you know, common and natural to be this way. But I was very pleased. He took time with me and he talked with me and he was telling me how everything was going. He read the x-rays and everything and I felt that was good because that's the first thing he wanted to see was the x-rays that they already had given me. So I would recommend him to my family members or anyone asking me because just like my doctor recommended him, I would recommend them like my doctor did because I was very pleased and I said, well God bless them and I felt comfortable.

So, the appointment with Dr. Stroh went very well. He answered all my questions and the procedure went very, very well. Made me feel very comfortable and he's a very communicative doctor. One issue that I would like to bring up is when I made the initial appointment to see him, I don't know who picked up the phone. The lady at the front desk was very curt. I thought I explained everything to her quite clearly and just basic questions seemed to bother her. My recommendation would be that she goes through some customer training skills or she sits in the back office. Thank you.

Dr. Mitchell Stroh is very professional, yet friendly and caring. He answers any questions I have and is exactly what I want for an orthopedic surgeon. His staff is also attentive and caring.

I would have liked appointment clerks to have more information on what prescriptions they are handing out . I needed an MRI and EGM and they gave me no help on how to go about making these arrangements. Since I am familiar with this facility and knew that both appointments could have been made here I went to bldg. #1 . I do not understand why this information is not available for patients to call the Appointment Center at the time .

The doctor is good and he explained how the procedure will be done. But I had some questions about what is the risk and also those questions I couldn't discuss. At the end, the appointment ended a little bit of a rush and my questions were not answered. And I was expecting a call from a procedure coordinator. I haven't received the call yet and I don't know how to reach anyone to get my questions answered. Thanks.

Dr. Stroh is an excellent doctor. He injected a needle in the side of my very painful knee and within hours the pain is no longer there! He explained that this might only be a temporary fix and also explained about future treatments if necessary. He listened to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all. I would recommend him to everyone. Also, the entire office staff was very nice!

Dr Stroh went above and beyond in addressing my concern. And I was scheduled for my knee procedure in less than 24 hours of seeing him. Through it all, he was professional, kind, an expert who shared with me his knowledge in terms I can understand. He prevented me from going through a much more extensive treatment that was not needed and would have required me to be out on disability and recovery for a longer period. I am grateful for the care that he provided. Excellent in all ways! Would recommend to anyone needing knee surgery!
