The x-ray technician took x-rays at the appointed time but then I waited a full half hour for Dr. Zimmerman to come in to see me.

This was my 1st visit and it was pleasant. I wasn't rushed and everything was explained with examples on the computer. I felt knowledgeable about my injuries when I left the office.

Dr.Zimmerman is the BEST! There was no wait! He knew exactly what to do for my elbow and no pain for 2 days now iam soooo happy I can sleep now!

I chose Dr Zimmerman because his area of expertise is the shoulder & has many years of experience. Working in the hospital OR, he came recommended by my colleagues. Dr Zimmerman answered all my questions & concerns relating to my complaint. After discussing my MRI images, he offered several treatment options & follow ups. Dr. Zimmerman is the most amazing doctor. He did an excellent shoulder replacement on me. He took the time and had the patience and compassion with me to go over every question I asked him and he was so knowledgeable and I have really virtually nearly hardly any pain. He is just an incredible doctor and I just can't say enough good about him. And everything turned out exactly as he said and he took plenty of time to answer all my follow-up questions regarding my surgery and I have I say kudos to him and I would refer him to anybody, anytime. He's just so amazing. Thank you.

Due to how busy the Doctor was. He didn't understand what I was explaining to him. He dictated the wrong information in my notes. I had to call for them to correct the information.

Of course I looked up my issue online, but he set me straight about what it actually was after they took some X-rays when I got there. Fast, efficient, and reassuring.

I have known Dr Zimmerman since 2011 when he operated on my right shoulder. This time it was my left shoulder that was bothering me a lot. So he performed surgery on my left shoulder, although the entire procedure was very, very different from the one performed 14 years ago. I trust Dr Zimmerman completely and would recommend his services to anyone I know suffering with a shoulder problem

I would like to tell about the front desk folks. I found out when I asked about like the very long wait time, I found out they were not respective and instead they were telling that I am little late. I told them that before coming, I already called them and told that I am going to be late, little late, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. Is that okay to come or residue? So they said, no, no, no, please come, come. And after coming, they were behaving like that I am not there. I have waited for 45, 50 minutes for this provider to attend me. Thank you so much.

Dr. Zimmerman is one of the best doctors who listens and explains everything to you so you understand what is going on.

I was told to get to my appointment at 1130am (because of Xrays) I signed onto the sign in sheet. was not acknowledged until I walked up to the window at 1145am. The receptionist was rude and I explained that I've been sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes (alone) and didn't understand why no one called me. She rudely told me my appt. was at 1145am. I told her I was advised to come at 1130am and she rudely told me she doesn't know why. Maybe she doesn't need that job, hire someone else that enjoys interacting with your customers.

Dr. Zimmerman is a great physician who truly cares about his patients. He explains the issues in an easy to understand way and takes his time.

Dr. Zimmerman carefully described to me what he is going to do when he gave me injections so I knew what to expect. I appreciated that.
