My experiences w/Dr. Ravell and his staff have been extremely positive. Dr Ravell is compassionate, patient and informed. He has always spent adequate time w/me, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Ravell and the nursing staff at the Allergy Associates are extremely competent, caring and thorough. They all provide thorough and kind attention to their patients.

The nurses who treated me inside the office were very patient and professional, and Dr. Juan was very kind, professional, and patient with any questions I asked. Thank you, Dr. Juan, for your kindness and patience in explaining everything in detail. 10/10

Dr. Ravell was very sincere and paid full attention while listening to my chief complaints regarding my allergies. He really broke down everything to the type of allergies I had, and the options in which I would benefit from. You don't see many doctors like him now a days. 5 stars, in my opinion!

Dr. Ravell is a soft-spoken, very congenial doctor. He listens to all your concerns. He knows a lot about you from his notes and from the computer, and he gives good advice, and he does prescriptions timely, and certainly asks you to come back if you have any concerns or you need to be checked before your next set appointment. And my next set appointment is six months. So if there are any problems, I could come back at any time I want.

Dr. Ravell is everything that I want in a physician. He is knowledgeable in his field, a great listener. He explains things very clearly to me. Simply put he is an excellent doctor!

Dr. Ravell is really knowledgeable. He listened to me. I have no doubt that he knew what he was talking about. I wouldn't go to any other doctor. However, the office is extremely inefficient. I waited almost 45 minutes for my telehealth appointment. I wasn't sent a link ahead of time and I would not recommend the staff, the administrative staff at the office. They're very inefficient. Dr. Ravell is the only reason why I go to that office.

Dr. Juan Ravell is always professional with amazing bedside manners. I am always grateful for the time I get to spend with him, due to how he explains everything in bite-sized portions and allows me to ask questions if I don't understand. I am also very happy with his follow-ups to check in and ensure that I have all of my questions answered and I truly understand my bloodwork. Thank you, Dr. Ravell.

Dr. Ravell was very kind and great with my son. Explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. The nurses were excellent. Gave my son bubbles to assist with the allergy test. They also were so kind even when just guiding me to the bathroom.
