Great doctor. Helpful staff.

Doctor and staffs are very professional and excellent service as always.

The practice could most improve by having a more available schedule. I called when I was sick one time and was unable to make an appointment until maybe two months out. So I really would like there to be some way that if you're sick, then you could come in and they could see you, the doctor could see you. And that would be a great improvement. Otherwise, they're a perfect practice. Thank you.

Doctors and staff are always awesome! And I always feel better about my health after a visit!

I just needed blood work and there was no need to see Dr Prudente directly. The assistant was fast, friendly and simply did the job. The visit was no more than 15 mins. I received the Labcorp report the next day. I consider that to be excellent service.

Hello. Trying to speak to Dr. Prudente and going through all these channels is very difficult just to speak to the doctor. Uh, also I did a sonogram and I am called for results and I'm still did not receive them. It's been two days and I have called the office and I still have not received a call back from Dr. Prudente's office with my results. Thank you.

I believe the office should have more administrative clerks assisting. They are very, very busy and sometimes it's difficult with doctor's caseload to get an appointment very, very quickly. You may have to wait a couple of weeks or maybe a month not normally a month, but sometimes a couple of weeks. So I think he needs to have more administrative assistance. Thank you.

Dr. Prudente is a very good and capable doctor.

Dr Prudente is great. Carepoint's other staff are not. When I called the number to make an appointment I got a rude woman who asked me intrusive personal questions about my health and lied to me. The in-office staff all seem miserable. They barely look at me, let alone smile. How terribly must Carepoint treat its staff for everyone to be this unhappy? Finally, the inability to see my doctor in a timely manner when I need to is the reason I go to urgent care when I am sick, rather than to my own doctor. In sum, if it weren't for Dr Prudente, I'd go elsewhere.

Dr. Prudente is so easy to talk to and understands any and all of my concerns and history. It is a blessing to have a doctor visit without the anxiety and fear. Thank you Doctor Prudente!!!!! You are a blessing!!

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with Dr. Prudente as my primary health care physician. He provided superb care, listened attentively to all my medical concerns, and provided top-notch info and advice with a wealth of knowledge in all issues addressed during my visit.
