Great doctor. Helpful staff.

Doctor and staffs are very professional and excellent service as always.

The practice could most improve by having a more available schedule. I called when I was sick one time and was unable to make an appointment until maybe two months out. So I really would like there to be some way that if you're sick, then you could come in and they could see you, the doctor could see you. And that would be a great improvement. Otherwise, they're a perfect practice. Thank you.

Doctors and staff are always awesome! And I always feel better about my health after a visit!

I just needed blood work and there was no need to see Dr Prudente directly. The assistant was fast, friendly and simply did the job. The visit was no more than 15 mins. I received the Labcorp report the next day. I consider that to be excellent service.

Hello. Trying to speak to Dr. Prudente and going through all these channels is very difficult just to speak to the doctor. Uh, also I did a sonogram and I am called for results and I'm still did not receive them. It's been two days and I have called the office and I still have not received a call back from Dr. Prudente's office with my results. Thank you.

I believe the office should have more administrative clerks assisting. They are very, very busy and sometimes it's difficult with doctor's caseload to get an appointment very, very quickly. You may have to wait a couple of weeks or maybe a month not normally a month, but sometimes a couple of weeks. So I think he needs to have more administrative assistance. Thank you.

Dr. Prudente is a very good and capable doctor.

Dr Prudente is great. Carepoint's other staff are not. When I called the number to make an appointment I got a rude woman who asked me intrusive personal questions about my health and lied to me. The in-office staff all seem miserable. They barely look at me, let alone smile. How terribly must Carepoint treat its staff for everyone to be this unhappy? Finally, the inability to see my doctor in a timely manner when I need to is the reason I go to urgent care when I am sick, rather than to my own doctor. In sum, if it weren't for Dr Prudente, I'd go elsewhere.

Dr. Prudente is so easy to talk to and understands any and all of my concerns and history. It is a blessing to have a doctor visit without the anxiety and fear. Thank you Doctor Prudente!!!!! You are a blessing!!

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with Dr. Prudente as my primary health care physician. He provided superb care, listened attentively to all my medical concerns, and provided top-notch info and advice with a wealth of knowledge in all issues addressed during my visit.

Nurse that took me back to exam room and took vitals seemed rushed and was brusque and abrupt in manner. Dr Prudente was very kind and listened to all my concerns though.

The Dr is great! Sometimes it seems some of the staff are less efficient/knowledgeable/concerned than one would expect.

I love that the office is very professional. You are taken care of in a timely manner. You do not have to wait. And the doctor is very attentive, as well as the staff, to your concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you. Oh, and the other thing is the office is extremely clean.

The need to use MyChart to send an email or to interact with the office was kind of challenging. It would be nice if the office could send and receive emails and not have to use the MyChart app, which is not as convenient as using an email, especially if they're communicating or I'm trying to have the doctors always communicate with another provider. So that's the only thing. Everything else was good.

I was called quickly. AS always Dr. Prudente was very patient and very polite with me. He answered all the questions that I had, and gave me the name of another doctor which I needed to see. He has always been this way with me and my husband. Thank you, Dr. Prudente.

There is nothing to do about Juan. Juan is the perfect, most perfect Hackensack MD. He is just great, he know his job, his personality, the way he approach you, respectful, there is nothing to be changed about him or anything like that. So any reason you have or think you need changes, just forget about it because he is just right and perfect. Thank you.
