Hackensack's parking facility is awful. It took me 15 mins from the time I pulled in to the time I was able to get to the lobby - if my provider wasn't excellent I would not come back

The people in her office also take the time to explain what they're going to do in the way of the procedures that they're following and are also very cordial and helpful with scheduling appointments and understanding what next steps have to be done for any type of special tests that need to be taken. I find my visits with Dr. Gerardis and her staff exceptional.

Something must be done regarding parking especially for d elderly n handicapped. Your lot has been outgrown. Not many seniors or handicapped can afford to valet park.

Everything was wonderful at my doctor's appointment. The only problem I have is with scheduling appointments. I thought that they had a 4 o'clock appointment and even for next year I couldn't get a 4 o'clock appointment. That's it.
