Dr. Kopp spent enough time with me to hear and ask about any of my concerns without making me feel rushed.

Provider did explain information. However, she kept coming in and out of the room. I guess she would see patients aside from me and then it would be a long wait even waiting in the room. Also had to wait a long time. My appointment was at 2:30. Didn't get in there until like 3:15 and I still had to even wait while I was in the room.
