Dr. McConnell was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient.

It was easy making an appointment and Dr. McConnell is so patient with my fear of doctors. She allows me to get bloodwork done in the office because I feel comfortable there. Noelle was the best nurse I ever had. She was so patient and friendly.

As previously mentioned, I would like more follow up communication regarding labs and tests.

Dr. Julie McConnell has been my primary care physician for years and she is excellent. She's timely, she listens to my concerns, she's empathetic and I would recommend her and have recommended her to basically everyone I know that's looking for a PCP.

My visit was an annual exam and was quite thorough. Dr. McConnell reviewed and explained all tests results to my comfort. I was pleased with diagnosis and treatment.

Wait time is so long. Waited last time in the lobby area for over 45-50 minutes and in the exam room for 35 minutes. This time one hour in the lobby area and a shorter time in exam room. Spoke to a patient near me and she had similar experiences. We said we wait because we like Dr. Mc Connell very much so we wait. Wait causes problems, anxious patients and bad experiences. Allow your physicians to spend more time with their patients and don't schedule so many patients. I realize it is a money cost problem.

Dr. McConnell returned from time off and made sure she had time on her schedule to see me on her first day back.

Clean healthcare facilities are essential and I was very impressed by how meticulous the facility was.

I went for a blood and urine test on 10/15. Some of the results were abnormal. I sent Dr McConnell a message through the portal. I still have not heard back from anyone.

I had to wait over an hour to get called into an exam room and feel that was excessive. It was my first visit with Dr. Mcconnell which is why she wasn't familiar with my history. I liked her and will definitely continue to see her. It's very convenient getting bloodwork and testing in the same building.

I trust her with my health and I feel she cares about her patients

It was Very pleasant and professional .

Waiting in the room after blood pressure taken was very long over 20 minutes. I find the waiting to be very uncomfortable, unnecessary and extremely rude for a patient. I think this should be looked at.

I could not be happier with this provider and Dr McConnell. It was my first visit and I am relieved that I have found a doctor that I believe in and truly respect for her knowledge and helpfulness as well as the staff. Thank you.

My only minor complaint is that the lab is understaffed when it opens at 7:30am. Many people like to get in for a blood test before going to work since they don't want to take time off for a simple procedure. It is difficult and rushed when there are 5-10 people and only one lab technician.

Dr McConnell is great. She listens well, explains her recommendations clearly and is personable. I very much appreciate her interactive style.

Please mention that the parking gets congested (Amazon fresh), so that people can plan for that.

I finally found an exceptional primary care doctor. Finally!!!

One thing I do want to mention is that if people don't know exactly where the location is google maps and other navication systems take you to the wrong location - it directs you to the new DSW and Nordstrom Rack location. Also, very difficult to get in touch with the front desk when calling. Constantly drops which makes this difficult for the patient. Other than that the experince was great.

The Dr is great. The office is booked up & I made my appt a yr in advance. This helped.
