Very friendly.

My visit was an annual exam and was quite thorough. Dr. McConnell reviewed and explained all tests results to my comfort. I was pleased with diagnosis and treatment.

Wait time is so long. Waited last time in the lobby area for over 45-50 minutes and in the exam room for 35 minutes. This time one hour in the lobby area and a shorter time in exam room. Spoke to a patient near me and she had similar experiences. We said we wait because we like Dr. Mc Connell very much so we wait. Wait causes problems, anxious patients and bad experiences. Allow your physicians to spend more time with their patients and don't schedule so many patients. I realize it is a money cost problem.
