I think it's a little easier to communicate directly with the nurses and doctors, specifically the doctors you're going to see. This allows you to provide reports directly. Because you can call with any questions and have to talk to different people. I don't want to explain everything again.

My initial appointment was a month in advance. I did ask if I can call daily to see if any cancellations would arise. And the front desk was amazing. They did allow me to call and would provide updates if there was any cancellations. And thankfully I was able to get an appointment sooner than went out. I think the front desk people were amazing. And so it was a position when I finally brought my daughter in. Thank you.
