Dr. Orellana's office staff and Dr. Orellana are very helpful and knowledgeable. Wait times usually are not that long. Even if they were, we would wait just to see her. We switched over from another doctor after meeting her in the hospital and felt that she was very professional and knowledgeable. And that's really about it.

I think it's a little easier to communicate directly with the nurses and doctors, specifically the doctors you're going to see. This allows you to provide reports directly. Because you can call with any questions and have to talk to different people. I don't want to explain everything again.

Dr. Orellana is a very good doctor, takes the time to discuss our child's situation, provides solutions and helps us understand the best path forward. We've already recommended her in the past and appreciate the help she provides our child.

The staff in the office was very nice. My child felt very comfortable. We are happy to have found this provider.
