It was very convenient especially if I wasn't able to move around after surgery. KATHLEEN FUMANDO was very pleasant to talk too. She was clear and had asked me if I had any questions. I did and she was very patient also with anything I had to say. We did not do video we just spoke over a phone call.

My experience with Kathleen Fumando was very thorough. She answered all my questions and concerns. I have already recommended this practice several of my friends and I will continue to do so..

Kathleen was amazing, I did get into a room very quickly. And we went over my concerns. And she explained each and every one. And if I had any issues to call. Or when I am back they would get in in if I needed! ?

The visit was very helpful. Kathleen is very knowledgeable and I felt very good about the visit. I do have some questions that came up after I left but I feel most comfortable in calling the office to speak to her again.

The handout information that was given from the service center on my way out was a great deal of very tiny printed information on one page, which made it very difficult to really barely see and it diminished the importance of the aftercare directions and information. I highly recommend that you reformat it in a way that's easier to read and more clear. It's exceptionally tiny and a lot on one page, which makes it less likely that you're going to really get the highlights and the points that are really important for surgical aftercare. That would be my biggest advice as far as a patient in this experience.
