Kathleen Palmer always treats me with care and respect. She makes me feel like she cares and wants to help. She even squeezes an appointment in for me at the end of the day when she could be going home. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond in my opinion

I was cared for immediately for having difficulty breathing. I was in AFIB unbeknownst to me, my blood pressure was low and I was sent via ambulance from the Drs office to the Emergency Room. I'm very grateful to Kathleen Palmer.

I feel that the doctor has their best interest in my health and takes the time and attention necessary to really actively listen and not be on a time schedule for getting me out of the office and really has put together a great team to support my health.

I had to manually complete a couple of questionnaires manually (part of the Medicare requirement). I noticed that the nurse assistant had to enter the data I had completed on paper. It would save the nurse assistant a lot of time if I had access to the questionnaire electronically and completed it. The office is very busy; I'm sure all of them are busy. Allowing the patient to complete this on line would save the company a lot of time and allow the nurse to do the work she has been trained to do.
