Dr Ratkalkar is a very intelligent, kind and compassionate doctor and I enjoy going to him.

The doctor scheduled certain tests I need in a timely manner. He was very respectful.

Been a patient of Dr Ratkalkar for a very long time. He listens very closely to any questions you may have. I feel I can ask him anything & he always steers me in the right direction. Would never think about going to another doctor. I learn something new every time I visit him which is every 3 months

Everything was excellent

Staff members were pleasant but became annoyed at our inability at answering medical history questions. We have been coming here for about 18 years, I would think they would know my medical history better than I. My relationship with my doctor is special, he knows me, I can talk to him about my ailments. He is understanding and has always work wit h me and has helped me.

Dr. Ratkalkar is the best!! He is also great with my whole Family.

Even though the doctor advised to Refill of prescriptions it was not done. Had to call back several times to no response and then finally had to request refills in the portal on my Chart. But do not knwo when the response will be received..

Have no complaints about the doctor. The staff could use some work (front desk) my appointment was 2:15pm I arrived at 2pm (new patient) I was left sitting in the waiting room until 3:15. The doctor apologized for the wait (he wasn't behind) the nurse said at 3:15 that she JUST GOT MY CHART and when I got into the exam room I wasn't even checked into the computer. I was in such a bad mood by the time I left I didn't realize they never gave me back my id and insurance card. So I had to go back the next day to get it because "I forgot it"

While i like using this doctor, i could not get through to the office by telephone, no matter how many times i made the phone call, i had to just "show up" to the office to see hm while i am sick and should have been able to make an appointment by telephone....fortunatly, the nurse let me see him because i came to the office!

Dr Ratkalkar is always kind and understanding of my particular needs.
