Yes, my appointment was at 11:30. I waited 45 minutes. And I don't think that was right to wait 45 minutes and nobody informed me, you know, that they were delayed. Before that visit, the last visit, I was a little late and she complained I was like 10 minutes late. But this time I waited 45 minutes. And I don't think that was the right thing to, not to inform me that they were delayed. But exactly, I waited 45 minutes.

Dr Kristy and his Staff is always accommodating & extremely professional.

When Kristy was called with questions that I was concerned about, she responded and, in fact, did try to get me twice. I was very pleased with that.

Kristy is amazing. When she gives me my shot, you have no, you don't feel it and you feel better the next day. It's amazing.

My procedure was to remove fluid from knee. It was done professionally and the procedure was fully explained before we started.
