Love Dr. Dutu. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain and listen.

Ive been to a lot of doctors, and she is the best

I was told the computer was not hooked up to the credit card reader and I could not pay unless I had cash. I have had a bad experience paying cash at another doctor's office in the past, so I didn't want to pay with cash. I was told I will be billed for my co-pay. I would have liked to have been done with the payment on the day of service instead of having the hassle of having to be on the lookout for the bill in the mail.

Dr and staff are good

When I call Dr. Dutu's office, I wait a long time online and I have so many recordings. You have to have a better way so the call wouldn't take half an hour to schedule an appointment or just ask a question or have access to the doctor. Thank you very much. Have a direct number to her office. be able to speak to a secretary or a nurse in her office rather than going through the hospital and all kinds of operators, telephone operators. Thank you very much.

This is more about my first visit with this doctor, but I really feel like she was not listening to me. She would cut me off before I finished describing symptoms to her, and she would just give me the same, like, it's skeletal muscular. Oh, that pain's skeletal muscular. Oh, that pain's skeletal muscular. And I really did not feel heard, and I really don't feel my health issues some of my health issues are being addressed. She's likable, she's knowledgeable, but I don't know if she's hurried or what the problem is, but she really needs to like examine and consider rather than just have knee-jerk reactions.

I was grateful for Dr. Dutu. She took the time to listen to me and explain what was needed. I'm grateful for the time she spent with me, and I look forward to continuing my health care there. Thank you very much.
