I am very pleased with care provided by Dr Schwarz but am hesitant to recommend anyone because there is about a years wait for a first appt with her,

Dr. Schwarz is amazing, such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. Her team is sometimes slow to respond or confuses requests, but they HAVE gotten better. I now they're busy.woth several doctors.

Dr Schwarz listens carefully & is very observant. She asked & pointed out things I didn’t consider important - I really appreciate her observation of the skin condition of the skin on my feet & ankles.

Dr. Schwartz is amazing, great bedside manner, very realistic, not guilting or shaming anyone, just focusing on the future and positive and really cares about you. She's very helpful and I felt like I could really be honest with her and she was super duper helpful and I think she's awesome.

Their team of assistants are also very professional and very friendly.

We discussed some current issues but there were no further questions. I had enrolled into the Wellness Center on October when I explained some positive improvements with my knees by using the treadmill and another piece of equipment that helped my legs feel better. I was assigned a trainer to get me familiar with the equipment and was also provided 1 on 1 exercises for stretching. Dr. Schwarz had provided me with updates from My Chart and kept me informed. She temporarily set up a 3 month follow up checkup as she had not feeling well and I hope we can meet when she is feeling better. The chat we had on the phone gave me good updates on some of the services she referred me to . I have been her patient for several years and feel comfortable whenever I have a checkup done at the office and very confident of any issues she finds concerning my overall health.

My provider as always was great. My intake nurse on the other hand was less that ideal and had horrible bed side manners

Visit was thorough. Just wish there was a way to get a timely sick visit, rather than have to go to Urgicenter.

Yes, I'd like some more feedback on my results of my tests. I got it on my portal, but there was no feedback about it. And I asked a question. I haven't gotten an answer. Also, during the last few months ago, I tried to get in touch about a problem I was having and she never got back to me. All right.

Yeah, the provider or my primary doctor is the best I can think of. He listens to people, he listens to me, we talk, he gives you advice on what to do and what not to do. He listens to you, you know, when you ask questions, he gives you a good response. And he's a very good healthcare provider. I love her. I love her.

I'm really pleased with the doctor. She explained everything to me, and I really like her. I will go back, and I would recommend this doctor to my whole family, which my whole family's gonna be going there. She's very sweet, very caring, and she seemed to care about my situation. Also, the only thing was she was very hard to get an appointment, but overall, it's okay, and getting a result like blood work or anything, it's a little, you know, it's very hard for someone to call back. That's the only thing. I would like to see that if we get the physical and the blood work, someone will call back that. I would really appreciate that. And with the staff, with the office, everything is fine. So I'm very pleased with this doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Rachelle is an excellent doctor. ?

I felt the Dr took time to listen to me and my concerns she was very thorough with my health evaluation and what I needed to do moving forward very very detailed and understanding she is.

I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late. The only receptionist was on the phone helping another person rather than linger in front. I sat down and another gentleman walked in and went straight to the desk and she handled him first. I don't know whether he was the next in line, but I think she should have been more attentive in asking me, do you help me next rather than if I were late or whatever. Otherwise, Dr. Schwarz is an excellent physician. I always highly recommend her to all of my colleagues. Thank you.

All of my appointments with Dr. Schwarz have always been done with her expertise and understanding of my previous and current needs. When I have a question or concern, she is attentive and offers suggestions or referrals if necessary. She was very understandable and listens to what I have to say. An easy follow-up schedule, especially since I'm a diabetic. She still gives me all diabetic care and referrals.
