Excellent doctor and person

As always, Dr. Parkes provided meaningful information, asked relevant questions, and most importantly, knew my history before she walked in the door of the examination room. The MA also knew my history. I recommend this practice, and specifically Dr. Parkes, to everyone who asks me for a GP.

This was my first visit with Dr PARKES and she was wonderful. She was very warm and understanding. Extremely easy to talk with and a good listener. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

Dr. Parkes is the best. She's extremely patient, always prompt, and treats me like a person, not just a patient, not just a member. It's a pretty rare thing to find these days. She has a great sense of humor and has sincere concern for me as a patient. That's all.

Dr Parkes continues to go above and beyond. Kind compassionate and caring and knowledgeable about my particular health issues. The entire staff do their best to make every appointment as smooth as possible. My only complaint is the phone system. Not being able to call the office directly seems ridiculous from a patient's perspective. Having to go thru a "call center" and have them relay message to office is not good.

Dr. Parkes is a good listener and gives answers that help me understand what needs to be done. I feel very comfortable with her as my physician and know she really is helping me to be as healthy as I can.

Dr. Parkes has been a great health provider since I began seeing her. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. She is also extremely knowledgeable within all fields of healthcare and helps you direct your questions to any specialists you may need. I value my relationship with Dr. Parkes as my primary healthcare provider. I know that if I ever have a health problem in the future, I'm in good hands.

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have my annual physical due to being scheduled 1 day too early. However, I was glad the error was caught before being seen - I just wish it was caught before I came into the office. I was still able to see the doctor, just not for the full intended purpose.

Dr Parkes was absolutely thorough and very professional with a great bedside manner. The rest of my family will be coming to her for their next PCP visits. She Listens carefully and came into the exam room fully aware of my issues as she read my file prior to entering the room. It was my first visit with her but it will not be the last. She is a keeper for HMH, do not lose her.

Dr. Parkes has been my doctor for years. I moved an hour away and I still travel to see her. I had trouble making an appointment and I reached out via portal and she got me an appointment that week. She is the top physician in that office in my opinion. She never has me waiting long and the best thing about her is that she is thorough and she listens to everything you have to say and what you are experiencing. I could not say enough good things about her. I recommend her to everyone I know.

This was a visit with the nurse for my B12 shot. The nurses and Drs and front office staff here are great. The only issue I have is with the call center vs actually calling the office. My appointment came through as a flu shot on the notification so I called and told them on the call center and they said it was all set. It was not when I arrived for my appointment fortunately they are on the ball at the office and questioned it knowing I always come for a B12 shot. So even with 2 phone calls it was not correct. Is also not as personal with the call center. Not an improvement. My husband also dislikes this as well. If we didn't like the Drs and nurses so much it would cause us to change. Again staff and nurses and Drs are very good.

Dr Parkes and her assistant are very thorough and she explains everything. We discuss and she shares her concerns and advice. I highly recommend this team.

Dr Parkes is an outstanding doctor. She takes her time with her patients and listens to your concerns. Always feel comfortable talking to her. Office is clean. Entire staff is friendly.

Dr. Parkes is compassionate and caring. She listens to you and spends the time needed to discuss your concerns.

When the nurse finishes taking down your vital information, which you previously provided online, she says that the doctor will be in shortly. I don't consider 20 minutes to be shortly. After 10 minutes or so, someone should provide an update on the doctors ETA. All alone in the examination room I get paranoid and feel abandoned.
