Dr. Parkes is a wonderful doctor and I love going to her.

My doctor answered all my questions and concerns. It was a very good visit.

What I would like to say about my experience at this doctor visit. I was a little late because this was my first time being in the building and I didn't know where I was going. I called and told the person who answered the phone that I was lost and wandering around because I didn't no where the office was. Even though I was more then 20 minutes late. I really appreciated that I was seen away. I thought that was special. Most doctor office would not see the individual. In which, I understand that they have a schedule that they have to keep. It made me feel like she really care about her patients. So, yes, I would surely, tell others about my experience here. I'm not promoting being late, but Doctor Parkes seems to have a caring heart about her patients.

Not being able to call the office directly seems ridiculous from a patient's perspective. Having to go thru a "call center" and have them relay message to office is not good.

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have my annual physical due to being scheduled 1 day too early. However, I was glad the error was caught before being seen - I just wish it was caught before I came into the office. I was still able to see the doctor, just not for the full intended purpose.

This was a visit with the nurse for my B12 shot. The nurses and Drs and front office staff here are great. The only issue I have is with the call center vs actually calling the office. My appointment came through as a flu shot on the notification so I called and told them on the call center and they said it was all set. It was not when I arrived for my appointment fortunately they are on the ball at the office and questioned it knowing I always come for a B12 shot. So even with 2 phone calls it was not correct. Is also not as personal with the call center. Not an improvement. My husband also dislikes this as well. If we didn't like the Drs and nurses so much it would cause us to change. Again staff and nurses and Drs are very good.

I didn't wait long. Dr. Parkes knew my history and took the time to listen to me and my concerns and answered all my questions and provided solutions too!

This was my first visit with Dr PARKES and she was wonderful. She was very warm and understanding. Extremely easy to talk with and a good listener. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

I find Lauren to be an exceptional physician. She always listens. She reviews the notes in my file before I get there, so she knows or kind of remembers who I am, or at least has me believing that she does. I have already recommended her to three other people who have also seen her and love her, and I wish her a very, very long career so I can be her patient.

When the nurse finishes taking down your vital information, which you previously provided online, she says that the doctor will be in shortly. I don't consider 20 minutes to be shortly. After 10 minutes or so, someone should provide an update on the doctors ETA. All alone in the examination room I get paranoid and feel abandoned.

Dr Parkes is worth waiting for an appointment. I wish she was my doctor when I was younger. Easy to talk with, very understanding and knowledgeable. As Tina Turner said "simply the best"

Dr. Parkes has been a great health provider since I began seeing her. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. She is also extremely knowledgeable within all fields of healthcare and helps you direct your questions to any specialists you may need. She covers everything to do with your health and makes sure you followup with your other doctors like your gyno and gastro for your colonoscopy The office staff is great too I highly recommend Dr parkes
