I would like to say that I am going to miss Dr. Grill, that I am highly disappointed that he will no longer be with Hackensack, disappoints me terribly, and I will do my best not to stay with Hackensack if I cannot see Dr. Grill. Not only that, but he pretty much saved my life, and he doesn't even know it, or maybe he does. He diagnosed me with a very serious condition that went on for a very long time, and I'm still here today because of it. So I'm highly disappointed that Dr. Grill will be leaving Hackensack.

I very much like Dr. Grill and I'm really upset that he is leaving. Thank you.

I now have to follow Dr Grill's movement to a different practice because of HM failure to renew him.

Dr. Grill will be leaving this hmh office as of 1/31/26.... No info was given where he will be practicing. When it is known, please contact me with this information. Thank you!

The front office is unwelcoming and unprofessional. There is no warm and welcoming environment. I've had to call numerous times to get a script that was supposed to be sent to me. This has been on every visit since my provider was relocated. The front office comes off as if they cannot be bothered with any patients. I've witness their demeanor with other patients as well as they also complain and there is so remorse or compassion for the office error. Very disappointing. The location of this office is horrible as well. I spend 30 minutes always looking for parking. It is very stressful to come to this office and then have to deal with the unpleasant front desk staff.
