All the Staff was attentive and made every effort to ensure be certain I was kept informed.

I checked in on-line prior to my visit with Dr. Weiner and updated all of my information including medications, pharmacy, etc. Yet, during my visit the nurse asked me to confirm each of my medications again. I pointed out that I updated them during the on-line check in process which she said she was unfamiliar with. Later, Dr. Weiner asked me to confirm my medications for a third time. The same thing happened with my pharmacy. I felt like the on-line check in process was not a productive use of my time. Once Dr. Weiner arrived, he spent the vast majority of our time together (over 90%) typing on the keyboard of his computer and only a small percentage of our time together talking to me. He said something about a new system; however, this has consistently happened since I started seeing him. I spent most of the time that we did speak bringing him up to speed on my what transpired since my last visit - information that he already had in his files. I left the office with several scripts to repeat tests that have been done numerous times before and with no better understanding of my health.
