Dr Kapoor is more than knowledgeable,caring and extremely helpful.He treats you in a professional manner and explains medical terms in layman's terminology so you can understand exactly what he's saying . Dr Kapoor and his staff are more than accommodating ,supportive and a pleasure to be with .What really impresses me ( after going to other Drs) he's prepared when he walks in to your appointment and doesn't waste your time .

Dr. Kapoor is a very professional Doctor that is concerned for the health and well being of his patients. You can tell that he is genuinely interested in his ability to get the patient to understand what they need to do to help themselves to improve their condition.

Dr. Kapoor listens to what you have to say and then he goes over your test and advises about what you need to do, or take. He checked my leg because I told I cut it. He wanted to make sure it was healing. He shows concern for his patience.

The doctor is very knowledgeable, and when you are in the office, he's extremely good with his time. However, he keeps everybody else waiting. The one thing that I really do not like is the fact that he never gets back to you in a timely manner after you've had blood work or x-rays or MRIs or anything. You have to call there several times to get a response. But otherwise, he's a good doctor. He knows what he's talking about. But I think he's too busy to call back and spend the time he should.

Provider definitely knows what's his doing.

The staff is also excellent. I'm a retired nurse and worked in a surgeon's office for many years. I know how a well run office is, and that's what this office is. Dr Kapoor has a fantastic bedside manner and I would highly recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr Kapoor for several years now for my CKD. He is always very patient, answers my questions in layman's terms and always takes time to go over any concerns . I would like to add that the office staff are very nice & friendly. Never have any issues with scheduling.
