Dr. Kapoor is the best doctor I have. I can talk to him.

I like the doctor but he didn't like that my pressure was up. I explained I drove half hour on parkway and then 5 minutes on 37. That road was busy. Then came to the office, spoke to the girls up from then sat down for two minutes and was called in by the nurse she then proceeded to weigh me, take my pressure. No down time to relax.

Dr Kapoor is more than knowledgeable,caring and extremely helpful.He treats you in a professional manner and explains medical terms in layman's terminology so you can understand exactly what he's saying . Dr Kapoor and his staff are more than accommodating ,supportive and a pleasure to be with .What really impresses me ( after going to other Drs) he's prepared when he walks in to your appointment and doesn't waste your time .

The doctor is very knowledgeable, and when you are in the office, he's extremely good with his time. However, he keeps everybody else waiting. The one thing that I really do not like is the fact that he never gets back to you in a timely manner after you've had blood work or x-rays or MRIs or anything. You have to call there several times to get a response. But otherwise, he's a good doctor. He knows what he's talking about. But I think he's too busy to call back and spend the time he should.
