I like dr Kassenoff very much

She's been my primary doctor for years. The level of care...she's more than just my doctor - she's a friend and cheerleader (we "celebrate" my health successes together).

Dr herself is wonderful.

My only disappointment is the difficulty in getting appointments. The doctor wants to see me in September yet she has no appointments.

This was a very busy afternoon for the office, yet Dr Kassenoff still remained attentive and listened to my updates. She always manages to not make me feel invisible!

The amount of patients that are scheduled for each appointment is crazy. I waited over an hour in the waiting room then another 30 in the exam room before being seen. Then a whopping 15 minutes with the dr

I think it's unreasonable to have an appointment at 1:45, be brought into the exam room, and then sit there for 45 minutes. That is my beef. Okay? Thank you.

Dr. Kassenoff is the best!!

I have been with Dr Kassenoff for at least the last 20 years and have followed her from Howell, Toms River to Forked River. She is just one of the few providers that I know shows compassion and understanding for patients (well me anyway). She makes me feel that I matter and that it is more that she cares about her patients and not the money. I would follow her wherever she goes.

Although I waited a bit to see this provider, I did receive a flu shot and pneumonia shot while I was waiting! Worth the wait obviously.
