Lisa Adrian Kassenoff, DO

I have been with Dr Kassenoff for at least the last 20 years and have followed her from Howell, Toms River to Forked River. She is just one of the few providers that I know shows compassion and understanding for patients (well me anyway). She makes me feel that I matter and that it is more that she cares about her patients and not the money. I would follow her wherever she goes.

Although I waited a bit to see this provider, I did receive a flu shot and pneumonia shot while I was waiting! Worth the wait obviously.

Dr. Kassenoff has been my primary provider for over 15 years. I trust her judgement absolutely. Even though I have moved northward up the GSP (Exit 117) I will continue to seek her care. The travel is well worth it!

This office can keep scheduled appointments within 15 minutes of your appointment time.

Very skilled people and know how to apply that skill set to the patients

Other than the initial delay, the appointment proceeded expeditiously. My provider was awesome, as usual. Best care anywhere.

I arrived at the office at 11:15 am for an 11:30 am visit. I did not leave the office until 1:00 pm. The doctor is wonderful but the wait was entirely too long. This is very unacceptable to me. If the doctor had a patient that needed extra care or an emergency then I should have been informed and given the option to reschedule my appointment. Extra care for a patient is very understandable. Communication could be better.

Waited over an hour to be called to a room. When I inquired with the receptionist after an hour she stated we have 90 patients today and 4 drs. You'll just have to wait.

Wait times are always ridiculous. An hour+ wait time. is unfair to patients

Dr. sincere focus on my well-being all of time. and no short cuts to diagnosis.

Dr. Lisa Kassenoff is absolutely a wonderful physician. She takes time. She has a tremendous bedside manner. I just, I don't know what I'd do without her. They just don't make doctors like her anymore. And I am very happy that she's the one providing education to future physicians. Thank you.

I love Dr.Kassenoff. But, 15 min.after my appt.time, I'm still in the waiting room. Then, waiting for the PE, another 20 minutes alone, in an exam room after the PE leaves, waiting for the Doctor is not the way to spend the day. Scheduling needs to change. Don't book 3 or 4 people the same appt.times!!!! Thank You

I like Dr. Lisa Kassenoff very much. I only wish that her appointments wouldn't run so long. The wait time is extreme. And if that could be avoided, that would be lovely. That's it, thank you.

Dr. Kassenoff makes going to the doctor a lot less stressful. Her approach is a little more like going to a friend that kind of puts things on your level. Highly recommend !! PS. Kudos to the staff as well. The office staff was very friendly and efficient, and the nurse was awesome!

Dr. Kassenoff is very thorough. She never rushes gives her time and attention to every medical need for me and my husband. We are very Blessed to have her as our Primary Care Physician

The wait time is unacceptable . I waited over an hour before being seen by the dr. This was not a one time thing but has happened every time I have an appointment. Either they over book their appointments or always get behind. It is very frustrating to wait that long especially when you have an appointment.

Lisa Kassenoff is informative, listens to all concerns, is friendly and takes her time to answer any questions , very knowledgeable and I have trust in her care. ?

Dr. Kassenoff is caring and takes her time with you. She is very thorough. There is always a very long wait time, but because i like her I don't mind.

I waited over an hour to be seen for a 5 minute physical exam appointment. There was also information on my medical records that was 100% false and the provider said "oh it's in there i guess someone put it in there". was not professional. i checked in 30 mins before my appointment was taken in early, then seen over an hour later.

I continue to see Dr Kassenoff as my primary because she listens to my concerns and addresses them with informative answers. She is able to decipher the difference between me having a rough few months (because I'm not afraid to tell her) and something concerning in my health that needs to be followed up on. I have no apprehension in expressing my thoughts out loud or asking questions; she is patient, listens, and always comes up with a plan I am comfortable with. Also, her staff is great!

Lisa Kassenoff has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She is one of the most professional and compassionate people I have ever met. She is an asset to you and is worth her weight in gold. Whatever you are paying her is not enough!!!!!!!

Dr. Kassenoff is an excellent physician. She is kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She is genuinely concerned with her patients well-being. I am extremely happy with the care I have received.

I just want to say that Lisa Kasanoff, Dr. Lisa Kasanoff, is a super intelligent person. You can tell from the way she doesn't hesitate with really delving into what is wrong with you, how you feel about it, how she reacts to that. She's not a yes person. She is just a very good doctor, and she just devotes her whole self to you while she's in the room with you. I appreciate that. I've had other types of doctors who have their own issues, I think, but she is not a person that thinks she's wonderful. She's just an excellent doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Lisa Kassenoff is one of the best doctors we've ever had. She listens and she's very, very present and listening to what we have to say. We really do love her.

Had a 9AM appointment and did not see the Dr. until 9:50. That's almost an hour.

Dr. Kassenoff is wonderful. She takes her time and listens to what I had to say, and explained everything to me so I could understand.

The receptionist in the waiting rooms were very rude and I did not have a good experience with them.

She is THE best doctor! She cares; she takes time and listens to me...and she provides easy to understand answers to my questions.

Dr. Kassenoff and her entire team are terrific! And, consistently so. Keep up the good work. The only challenge to their team is wait time. It is not unusual to wait in the lobby for 20 or 30 minutes beyond your appointment time. That is pretty consistent, too. On balance, it is tolerated because of the quality of the care team.

Dr. Kassenoff is very thorough with her exam and questions. Reviews medications, health issues and inquiries about visits with Specialist's and test results. My office visits with her is like seeing an old friend who cares about my health and directs my health journey .

General comments for ALL medical appointments - Wait time is horrendous. Wait time to see a SPECIALIST can be weeks.

I would like to be seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. I should have my time respected.
