I just want to say everybody from the staff in the front who answer the phones and make the appointments, they are above and beyond amazing all the way until all the doctors and the providers. They go above and beyond with my family. Anytime I need them, they're there. They take time. They listen. They treat me and my family like a family. So I'm thankful for all of them. And they are absolutely above and beyond outstanding in every way possible.

Her ability to empathetically respond to questions and concerns and the thoroughness and the warmth of her personality approach to it has impressed me more than anybody I've encountered in the last 20 years in the medical field. I don't know how else to say that I am she's changed my opinion about seeking medical attention.

You could improve not putting people in ice cold rooms where you get more sick than you were before. That would be a good idea.

Lori is amazing and truly listens. She provides great alternatives and is very professional! The front desk is also very welcoming. When I walked in it appears that the scheduling agent I spoke to on the phone did not properly reschedule my appointments but they still took me and my husband in with no issues and had us both out within in an hour. Always a pleasant experience in this office!!

Lori was great! She listened to all my concerns and took time to explain my conditions in a manner that was not only informative, but easy to understand.

I waited in the main waiting area an hour and ten minutes. Not one of the four women there acknowledged me at all. I finally went up and asked her why so long. She cheerfully says Do you want to see a nurse practitioner that would be much quicker. Great. Why wasn't I offered this earlier and why is this Dr over an hour behind!! Not a good first impression at all. The PA was very nice and she came in in less than 10 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very nice and knowledgeable and funny. I left thinking I may return I don't know it's very chaotic for no apparent reason nothing occurred to change the day

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable in this office, everything is clean and neat and wait time is almost nonexistent. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Lori is extremely thorough, informative, professional, and personable. She shows a great interest in your well-being and what can be done to help the patient help themselves to gain wellness. She's rare and when you leave the office after you've seen her, you feel that someone truly cares about your well-being from head to toe and is always available in the event that you should need some help or advice.

The nurse practitioner was excellent. She listened. She treated me with respect, since I am a nurse also. And I was very satisfied with my visit. I'm surprised because I haven't been satisfied with quite a few things up here since I moved here. She was excellent. I definitely could recommend her. Okay, so what do I hit now?
