Louisa E Essandoh, MD

Dr. Essandoh is a Diplomate of The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency at Yale University affiliate, Bridgeport Hospital in 2010. She completed medical school at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School where she was inducted into The Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society.

She attended Cornell University, and graduated early in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. She has been caring for patients in private practice since 2010.

Dr. Essandoh specializes in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She prides herself on listening to her patients and answering their health care questions. Some of the common health concerns she addresses with her young patients include: heavy menstrual bleeding in adolescents, menstrual cramps, birth control, ovarian cysts, college health, eating disorders and weight management.
