I called my nurse practitioner and I told her that the new LAST that they were administering to me caused me severe leg pain. And she looked at my chart and she said my platelets started out high and they remain high. And she said she would confer with the doctor about maybe eliminating that from my medication after chemo. And they took it away and I had chemo on Thursday and I'm not having any leg pain. So I'm very happy about that.

I was extremely, extremely happy with Dr. Borowsky. He made me feel so comfortable. I felt that he had more important patients to take care of than what my needs were. But his comment was over, you're my most important patient right now. He explained everything in such detail. He showed such empathy. He gave me options on how to move forward and we discussed it. I found him to be an amazing, amazing doctor. And I can't say enough great things about him. Truly was a person I would highly trust with my medical issues. And thank you. Bye now.

I think the doctor should call the people back instead of driving all the way there, especially if you live 45 minutes away. That would make things a lot more easier.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The doctor was awesome. Put you at ease the second you walked into the room. The staff was just as polite and courteous and upbeat as I have ever been. Getting an appointment was easy. It was just a wonderful experience for somebody who was terrified. And they did a great job to reassure me and to tell me I'm in good hands. I was very happy with the doctor. First time I've met him. He listened to what I had to say. He was very gentle, very kind, very understanding. Answered a lot of questions. My daughter had a lot of questions about my problem. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
