21 years ago dr inouye saved my life thyroid cancer,i feel he can do it again.

I would highly recommend this doctor and his team to anyone in need of exceptional medical care. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine compassion made the entire experience reassuring and positive. From the attentive staff to the doctor’s expertise and supportive approach, I felt confident and well cared for every step of the way.

I see Dr. Inouye every 2 months. We tried twice a year, then, 3 times a year, until we realized I needed treatment every 8 weeks. Arriving at this schedule was trial and error. There was no pressure. We worked together to find the right timing. I also see Dr. [last name] at every visit, to adjust my hearing aids. Once a year I do a complete hearing test. If there are any hearing issues, they are addressed at the appointment.

My doctor, Dr. Masayuki Inouye, did an outstanding job. A's across the board. I had no problem with the doctor, but it was problematic for me. I had to make four or five phone calls to try to speak with his assistant. I never got a call back. I had to wait over a week, a week and a half to finally in the end just make an appointment. But in the beginning, I wasn't trying to make an appointment. I was just trying to get a refill prescription that I've had refilled in the past through my doctor, Dr. Masayuki Inouye. But I guess his staff didn't take me very seriously, and I was a little disappointed about that.

Dr Inouye found my issue right away after several doctors told me nothing was wrong he listened and was very caring and I sending me to his colleague in the expertise I need

It's very difficult to make an appointment with a doctor. Nobody answers the phone and also when we were there during the last visit, we waited over an hour. The receptionist was not there and nobody took care of us. And nobody tried to find out, are you waiting? Nothing. This is not the first time. Last time was the same thing. The receptionist was not there and was not really helpful. Basically, it's hard to make an appointment and the receptionist are not helpful. That's all. Thank you.

I don't think you need any improvement. Dr. Inouye was absolutely perfect. He explained everything in detail, left out nothing. I was very, very happy and satisfied with my visit.

The doctor was great but I had a hearing test with the audiologist right after, it was a little uncomfortable because she smelled really bad, like she needed a shower

It was a very good experience

The office staff was very pleasant from the smiling front desk staff to the medical assistant that took my history. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming i was very comfortable in this office. The doctor explained everything in great detail and I felt very confident in his knowledge regarding my current issue. I would highly recommend this office. Very special people!!

He has trouble listening. He'll listen just enough to make a diagnoses before performing an actual evaluation and then rushes you out. When I spoke up and described the rest of my symptoms, naturally it was all in my head. Nothing he can do. The nurse was more capable, helpful & listened. At least the doctor performing the hearing test was professional.

Yes, the doctor was very nice and listened to me. But the phone call, if I had any questions, nobody answered the phone. I had to try like half a day, even the office was open, nobody picked up the phone. So they need to address that. Thank you.

It's not the doctors, it's the place. It's just a difficult place to get to. Parking the car is a big problem and we give them the car and still it takes forever to get it back. It's just going to the place that's so difficult for me because I'm old and I'm handicapped. But as far as the doctor's concerned, they're fine.

Everyone at the hospital is very, very professional, and they are very, very nice people. Everyone that I came across, the nursing staff, the doctors, everyone. I definitely would recommend anyone to come to your hospital. It's definitely top-notch, and it's just an amazing place. I would recommend my whole family there.

The provider was excellent, his people were very helpful. The wait time was a little long, but that's somebody who services so well and cares about his patients so well. It's very acceptable. I really appreciate the visit. It's a good experience.

It's only an annual visit to get wax cleared out of my ears but it always goes smoothly.

I received excellent response from the entire staff during my visit with Dr. Inouye. I am so pleased that Dr. Inouye was recommended to me and I am now able to be under his care.

I have been a patient for years. He always answers all of my questions and concerns in a manner that I am able to understand. He takes the time to look at my history and advised me accordingly. He is very personable and patient.

Except for being seen later than the appointed time Dr. Inouye is excellent!

The parking at Hackensack hospital is horrendous and is a factor in my looking for a different care provider in a better location.

Dr Inouye as always very compassionate. Ive stopped seeing him for a while because of insurance change, when i came back yesterday of another problem my thyroid , he was still very concerned about the care of my ear. This means a lot , i felt so secured and confident under his care as i always been eversince , i started seeing him 10 years ago. I strongly recommend Dr Inouye , aside from his expertise in his field , his compassion I truly appreciate. Furthermore the staff are polite and very helpful .

The doctor was more than 45 minutes late seeing me when I was on time, and he seemed a little bit disconnected with my situation. He just didn't seem like he was totally present.

Parking lot for hospital was a challenge

I waited an 1-hour & 1/2 for doctor. We were not informed of any delays. I felt rushed & not all of my concerns were addressed. Hopefully this does not happen again. Was not a good start.

He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. One of my problems I have is vertigo. He showed me how we could eliminate it and gave me an exercise to do daily. It was good to know that we could possibly get rid of it. again I think he was excellent.

I felt like this was the first time since I had COVID that someone had understanding and empathy for long COVID.

The parking garage is horrendous and makes it impossible to schedule future appointments.

The staff was very welcoming and the doctor very compassionate. A 10 thru and thru.

I was made to believe that I was going in for a biopsy, not a consult before a biopsy. After confirming they had the paperwork/data that was needed, I was given a phone number to call and schedule a biopsy. When I called, I was told that I had to hand deliver a cd before I could even schedule the biopsy, even though the provider had said they had everything and the number was just to schedule the biopsy. If I had known, I would have brought it with me to my appointment, as I live about an hour away and work full time. It feels like there is no communication, and since the doctor made it seem like my nodule is somewhat of a big deal and should be removed on the sooner side, this feels like prolonging anxiety.

Staff is very friendly

Wonderful staff, didn't have to wait. Doctor was personable, which is very important to me! He had to scope through my nose and it's the first time that procedure wasn't excruciating for me. Answered questions thoroughly and I feel I could reach out if necessary anytime in the future.
