I do not like having to call my main scheduling office. I find it not beneficial at all. Also, I followed up because I received a prescription, but did not get a call that I had anything out of line, so I saw it in my results, but I should have gotten a call to explain what was going on and know that I should take this prescription that was sent to my pharmacist. Your answering service has a lot to be desired. I had a terrible experience with them and they led your office to the wrong information about me. It wasn't until I spoke directly to someone in the office that it was straightened out. You should get rid of this third party answering immediately, it is a detriment to your quality service.

I guess I'd say Mona's a wonderful doctor. She got me through surgery or sent me for surgery. I think she's wonderful. So that's all I have.
