I do not like having to call my main scheduling office. I find it not beneficial at all. Also, I followed up because I received a prescription, but did not get a call that I had anything out of line, so I saw it in my results, but I should have gotten a call to explain what was going on and know that I should take this prescription that was sent to my pharmacist. Your answering service has a lot to be desired. I had a terrible experience with them and they led your office to the wrong information about me. It wasn't until I spoke directly to someone in the office that it was straightened out. You should get rid of this third party answering immediately, it is a detriment to your quality service.

I guess I'd say Mona's a wonderful doctor. She got me through surgery or sent me for surgery. I think she's wonderful. So that's all I have.

I would recommend noise machines for that office. Without trying I can hear the patient and doctor's full conversation in neighboring rooms. Other than that I enjoy the staff and office.

She was amazing!!!!! She is such a good listening!!!! She was able to understand all of my concerns. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. She allowed me to have a voice. She was just amazing over all. She asked me all the right questions.

The provider came in with preconceived notions as a patient arrived and said, when I saw your name on the portal today, I knew I was going to talk to you about what I've been thinking, which talked about preconceived notions. Provider did not look at your paperwork. I showed up because I had passed out, and she didn't look at that. She also affronted me and told me I looked anxious and then told me other providers would just say it's anxiety and not believe me and send me to a psychiatrist. And then when I said that felt inappropriate, and I was hoping she would lower her voice because it was actually a bit alarming. She told me that it was a test to show me how other providers would perceive me and the fact how I was reacting, which would show me, show her how I was mentally and what she thought, which felt inappropriate.
