Dr. Akula is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help her patients coordinate all the challenging aspects of healthcare- prior authorizations, appropriate medication, speaking to her patients in a respectful manner. As a side note, I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of the traffic back up from the valet drop off. It would be great if there was a way for those who park in the Hope Tower garage to turn right into the parking garage without getting caught in the valet back upz

Great Visit

The entire staff from the valet parking attendants, receptionist, nurse, assistant doctor and Dr. Akula were congenial and efficient. The whole experience is an example of how all doctor visits should be.

Dr. Akula was wonderful. I have nothing but praise for her. The problem that I have is the parking. The parking to get there, the valet was completely overwhelmed. There was a line of cars, almost 20 cars, 15 to 20 cars deep, and it's not the first time I've had to go all the way up to the roof to find a parking space. The parking is just the only thing that would keep me from telling somebody else to go there. Thank you.

Yes, the office from the check-in right through the doctor visit was very pleasant and smooth. The receptionists were very quick to address my check-in, make sure everything was correct as far as my insurance and everything. And the visit was very short wait and everything was very, very nice.
