I have been going to them from years and I've always had a good experience with the doctors and the staff.

Took time to answer my questions.

Treats me with respect and as a human, not as a number. Never rushes, asks questions and let's me work out the answers, does not assume. Shows legitimate concern for my health and doesn't minimize or dismiss my concerns. Assists me with referrals to specialists in areas that we agree will benefit me. Understands that my health is a collaborative effort between us. Engages in communication that includes lamens terms and I can understand or he explains if I don't. Never speaks down to me and is relatable.

I am VERY satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Lee. He listens carefully and questions sometimes if what I am asking/explaining is not fully understood.

I appreciated the fact that they took into consideration my medical history and my illness and the issues I was having and got me an appointment right away without hesitation or delay. Hesitation and delay may have caused me to become further in pain or in a situation where it could not be helped or saved and I'm glad and happy that they were able to get me in and seen right away and get me to the right physician that I need to go see and they went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure that I did have my appointments and I'm just grateful for everyone. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Doctor was great. Whenever I go to this office, I always have 45 minutes or more wait time until I get to see the doctor. That's unacceptable. Every time, not just once, every time. And same thing with my wife, same thing with my other family members. Wait time shouldn't be more than 10 to 15 minutes.

I had to wait 45 minutes for the answering service to pick up my call, so I got in my car and drove to the office to get an appointment. As I got to the office, the answering service picked up, so I made my appointment in the office. Unacceptable.

I do not like that l can't call this office directly. The # was transferred to a call

Dr Nelson Lee has been my primary care for quite a few years. I always look forward to seeing him. He will spend as much time as I need, he always listens and really does care. I've recommended him to friends and my mother sees him as well. 10 out of 10, excellent physician.

your system to contact this office by phone is cumbersome and only partially effective

I definitely appreciated the time Dr. Lee spent once I got to see him. Unfortunately waiting in the room over 30 minutes is not good. A total of more than an hour past my appointment time. Only positive is he doesn't rush once he enters the room and spends the time necessary to examine and answer any questions I had.

On your report, you had my weight incorrectly noted. It said 230. I never weighed 230. My real weight on that day was 203.5.

Doctor Lee is an exceptionally diligent doctor who shares his knowledge and his ear in a careing, concerned and open fashion. I maintain him as my primary even though I have moved an hour away. Todays visit gave emphasis to why I choose the hour drive.

Never felt rush with Dr Lee during my examination. Provided clear information regarding recent blood tests with explicit follow up recommendations.

I guess I'd like to say I have been honored to meet Dr. Lee. He's one of the best physicians I have had in a very long time. I look forward to keeping him for as long as he stays. And thank you. Thanks for caring what I think about myself. That's important to me too. You know, you don't just try to bombard me with what you feel I should do. I thought the staff and Dr. Lee were very attentive to my needs for the issue I was having with my foot and the growth on my neck, and they provided a lot of detailed information as to going forward.

The staff were fantastic. The doctor was very, very, very explaining everything to me so that I could understand it. I would recommend him to my close family and friends.

I needed information about my insurance company dropping this Dr. Lee and I did not get it. I need information and I could use some information on that and they could not provide that.
