The Zoom was over a half hour late. We had to call the office to find out what the situation was. When we did, the staff that we got a hold of, they were confused, not aware of the information, and not on top of what we are talking about. Number two, when the girl that got on the phone broke out, she was the information I don't believe that she had all. After we had a conference call, she basically said, okay, no problem. The doctor will be scheduled next year. Meanwhile, we already had a schedule. It seems like there's a very big lack of miscommunication in that office, but the doctor is a very good doctor, but unfortunately, when we call there, nobody knows what their, if they...

I had an 11 o'clock appointment. I was waiting. At 1120, I called the office and nobody knew where the provider was or why she didn't call me. And they said that she would call me soon. She calls me an hour or an hour and a half after. I thought that was very rude. And she was very nice, but I thought that was very rude. So if you make an appointment and it's a tele, you either have the office call and say, she'll be late. I had to track down somebody in the office and I had to ask them where she was and then they told me she was going to be late. That's not a way to do business.

Nicole Lupo was very professional and patient, and she did a good job. I didn't do the virtual telephone medical. I was having a problem. So she called me, and we went over the questions. And anyway, she was very good. And I would definitely recommend you.
