Noor Al-Husayni, M.D., is an attending physician at the adolescent medicine program at the Joseph M Sanzari Children's Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center, part of Hackensack Meridian Children's Health. She completed her adolescent medicine fellowship after residency. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and provides consultations for adolescents and young adults ages 12-21 years in adolescent gynecology, menstrual disorders, management of sexually transmitted infections contraceptive counseling and services, and eating disorders. Dr. Al-Husayni has a special interest in menstrual problems, contraception and reproductive healthcare in adolescents with complex medical problems.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Al-Husayni believes in highlighting her patients’ strengths and empowering them to make well-informed decisions about their healthcare. She often collaborates with social workers, therapists, psychiatrists and nutritionists as part of her practice. She is passionate about adolescent healthcare, and is committed to providing comprehensive medical care to adolescents of diverse backgrounds and needs.
