Dr Shanowoa is wonderful. She was very kind , greeted me with a smile, she was patient, she listen to my all my concerns and explained things to me that I did not understand. Overall it was a good visit and I am looking forward to further care from her and her staff.

She had an emergency call at the hospital after I was placed in the visiting room. I chose to wait after I was given an estimated time - I was fine with time, when she returned she gave me the same excellent service she had given in the past!

Friendly staff. Nice office. Seen very quickly. Dr. Talked about what she would do before doing anything. Before I knew it I had prescriptions in hand and I was leaving to enjoy the rest of my day.

Dr Shonowo is the best doctor that you will ever have. She is the most caring, compassionate patient loving doctor you will ever meet. She cares about you. She cares about your concerns she listens to you. If she knows you well enough, she jokes with you ask how everything is going and just sit down and listens most of all she respects you. She doesn't rush you and you could feel the caring persona that she is. She's not fake. she is the real thing and that is a beautiful thing. I hope she's always around to be my daughter cause I will travel far to see her because she is definitely worth every minute. I told her that the last visit I don't feel like I'm coming to see my doctor. I'm seeing my friend. Very profesional and caring very nice

Dr. Shonowo is one of the best providers I've ever had. She is very respectful, courteous, easy to talk to, and very supportive when it comes to anything that is brought up to her. The only downside to the entire appointment was the wait time. I waited an hour to get seen. Nobody notified us about how long the wait was going to be or what the delay was. But other than that, everybody in the office was kind, and courteous.
